A Word from Dr. Sterner:
The patient-doctor relationship is special. I try to foster these relationships in three ways. First, by getting to know my patients on a personal level I hope that they feel safe and comfortable when coming to the office. Second, my team and I inform all patients about all of their treatment options and teach them proper oral hygiene. This empowers patients to make the best possible decisions about their dental care and needs. Finally, I am continually expanding my knowledge of new dental procedures and techniques in order to provide patients with the highest possible quality of care. It is my hope that these efforts lead to rewarding, lifelong relationships.
Service and Volunteering:
As a life-long Girl Scout, giving back to others and the community has always been important to me. In my dental career, I have organized and volunteered with Give Kids a Smile Day, Mission of Mercy, the Special Olympics, and many school oral health events. I have also traveled to Honduras with Trans Cultural Brigades providing dental care to underserved rural communities.
I enjoy hiking, running, and spending time outdoors. I also enjoy baking, crocheting, and spending time with my husband, Ethan, and Norwegian Forest cat, Bella.
