My experience for myself have been 5 stars the team I have been working with has been nothing but good to me but however recently I made my daughter an appointment in pediatric upon my arrival I checked her in then I was ask are you Jebreel I was like yes well you have bill I said I’m here for my daughter not me she continues to tell me about a bill that insurance declined. I had use all my insurance up around February my team was aware of this because my last few transactions after work was done on me was paid with my American Express card my bills be paid in full I never left out the office with a balance due. So after checking my daughter in I went upstairs to discuss the issue for some reason on there computer it’s showing I still have like $400 in credit still left on insurance when I know I used it up All ready. So I had a $400 bill due because they submit a bill to insurance for my last visit for some reason so I just paid it with my American Express card. I asked them why they didn’t reach out to me she said the bill wasn’t 30 days old yet. I’m still giving them 5 stars but I didn’t appreciate being approached about a bill in front of a room full of people because after I got my work done I sat in the office and discussed and paid what was asked to be paid. It was something that happened of their end not mines. I feel like it wasn’t her place to tell me about a bill my dentist office is up stairs they have called me in the passed and told me how much my work was going to cost I feel like she was being messy and not professional
