I just wanted to take a minute to express my appreciation for your staff at Racine Dental Group.

On the evening of May 24, 2007 my daughter, Dannielle was in Racine to assist me through a surgery. Somehow she managed to loose a filling. Here she was from out-of-town with her infant son, in need of immediate dental care. Being post surgical, I couldn't help with her dental problem or her son.

Your office got her right in and took care of her problem. The staff even walked the halls with the baby so she could be seen, even through her chances of a return visit would be slim as she’s from IL.

The definition of good customer care is to provide the service before the customers knows its need. Your staff did exactly that.

Please commend the persons responsible for going above and beyond. We are truly appreciative.
